Hello alumni members and friends,
We hope all is well with you. We want to update you about our plans for a fun day at our school on Saturday, April 22 2023 from 8:30 to 4 pm. Current plans include coffee and pastries from 8:30 am to 9:30. We are putting the final plans together for the various activities. Those details will be sent out in early April. We can tell you that we will be serving pizza for lunch. We are considering adding some new activities along with our regular activities. If some of you want to show off your talent, we may have a talent show. We should plan on leaving the school around 4 pm. There is no cost for alumni and guests, so please invite a friend or family member to come.
Anna Smith has volunteered to handle registration for this event, so please let us know you are coming by calling Anna at 724 581-2012. Speaking of phone numbers, we will repeat phone numbers near the end of this message. If you plan to participate in the talent show, let Anna know that. Of course, if you cannot enjoy pizza for a health related issue, please let Anna know this info as well.
We plan to offer a small cash prize to the oldest and youngest attendee as well as the person making the longest trip from home.
If you live outside metropolitan Pittsburgh and believe you would need a hotel room for Friday night, call Al Pietrolungo at 412 605-0571 to discuss possible reimbursement.
