Who Can Join?
Â
Anyone can join who meets the following criteria:
- They are recommended to the Convention by the Membership Committee.
- They are of good moral character and of respectable standing.Â
- They either have graduated from the Western Pennsylvania School for Blind Children or shall have completed four and one-half years of elementary education or two and one-half years of high school at the School.Â
- They pay the required dues unless the board waives this responsibility.

To join we need a completed application and membership dues for the first year. Please contact us for more information and a copy of the application.
